my stripes!

Everything's striped!  The blue shirt has a ribbed texture.  Somehow stripes feel like they're extra warm... maybe it's just all the layering.

Those armwarmers were originally knit for my brother, but he rarely wears them, so I took 'em back (temporarily).  They're ribbed, so nice and stretchy, and extra long.  Cozy~

Once upon a time when I was small, my mum made me earrings from a couple of buttons with tiny reproductions of Beatrix Potter's illustrations. I've got a Peter Rabbit pair and a Tom Kitten pair.  They make me happy :D  I was in a puppy/kitten-ish mood (whatever that might be) so I took inspiration from Tom's brown stripes and blue shirt.
