I had to start a new layer in Photoshop for nearly every item of clothing in this outfit, what with all the sheer layered items.  Gotta keep it exciting!

This time you get two outfits!!  My friend told me I'd inspired her to wear more bright colours.  That made me super happy :D  The world can always use more colour!!  Hopefully I got the details mostly right—I took a couple notes on her outfit and otherwise just stored the colours in my brain.  She made the skirt and the armwarmers herself!!
